Welcome to CareerStack, operated by Digital Venture Consulting LLC. 

Introduction

By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the CareerStack application.

Account Creation

Users can create their own accounts to access and utilize CareerStack. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

You agree to use CareerStack responsibly and for lawful purposes only. You must not use CareerStack for malicious, mischievous, or ill-intentioned reasons. CareerStack retains the right to remove any projects, data, or users from the application at our own discretion if we believe there has been a violation of these terms or any applicable laws.

User Content

Users retain all rights to the intellectual property of their projects created through the CareerStack platform. However, users cannot upload any content, such as images, to the application.

CareerStack Intellectual Property

The CareerStack logo, visual design, and trademarks are the exclusive property of CareerStack. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

User Feedback

Any feedback provided by users may be implemented into CareerStack without credit or compensation being given to the user. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute your feedback in any manner.

In-App Purchases

CareerStack offers in-app purchases. All payments made through the application are non-refundable. Ensure you review your purchase details carefully before completing any transaction.

CareerStack does not offer physical goods for purchase. All products and services provided through CareerStack are digital.

CareerStack does not store any payment or credit card information. Transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

CareerStack does not offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. Any information regarding such activities is not applicable to our services.

Termination

CareerStack retains the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion without notice if you violate these terms or engage in any activity that we consider harmful to our users or the service.

Limitation of Liability

CareerStack is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. CareerStack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

CareerStack reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our application. Your continued use of CareerStack after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
